After your Upgrade this is how to edit admin rights or permissions:
Click "Users".
To see all users with particular admin access rights, click "Filters".
To open a dropdown menu with access types, click in the Profile(s) field
Select all relevant options by checking the boxes next to them.
Find a user from the list that needs their admin access updated.
Click on the menu (...) to the right of their name.
Click "View/Edit User Details".
Click in the "Access rights" area to open a dropdown menu with all admin access types.
Select or unselect all access types needed or not needed.
Click "Save changes".
