After your Upgrade this is how to reset a completed course - it's now called Start new session.
Your learner may need to retake a course that was previously completed that is not yet due to be refreshed or it may be set to a one-off training session.
To Start a new session:
- Click the Reports tab in the menu or bar at the top to show the Course reports page.
- Select the Completed button to access the list of completed courses only.
- Use filters or search for the course(s) that requires resetting and tick the box(es) to the left of course(s) for that learner(s).
- Once a selection is made the Actions dropdown list will appear and from here select Start new session…
- To send a training renewal reminder email to the learner, tick the Also send these users a ‘training renewal reminder email’ box.
- Finally click Ok Start a new session for selected users

What happens to the previously completed course and certificate?
The previous course data and certificate is not deleted, it can be found under the user's profile. However, it's status changes to "historic".
