We can release an email for you to use if you find that the email already exists when trying to add your new learner.
The system requires that the user logs in using a unique email address.
It is likely that your learner is already on the system.
Please let us know the learner's email address and we can amend it on the system and this will enable you to use it for your account.
We do not delete or move learners between accounts, however we can make it available for you.
