After your Upgrade this is how to make bulk course enrolments.
How many users' enrolments need to be updated? Between 2 – 10 follow this process:
- Click on "Enrolment".
- Select all required users by clicking the check boxes in the left.
- Click "Actions."
- Click "Manage enrolment..."
- Click on one of 3 options to enrol/ un-enrol/ or leave as is. The changes will apply to all selected users.
- Click "Apply enrolment changes to # users" to confirm.
How many users' enrolments need to be updated? 10 or more follow this process:
- Click on "Enrolment".
- Click on "Export enrolments" to download a spreadsheet of all enrolments onto your device.
- Then, click on "For bulk user management".
- Now, click on "Ok".
- Click on "Jobs complete" and download the file or find the download link in your email.
- This file contains enrolment data for all your users: - "n" = Not enrolled - "y" = Enrolled. To update enrolment status, simply change "n" to "y" or "y" to "n" as needed. After making changes, save the spreadsheet file and close it.
- Go back to your Atlas account, click on "Add/update enrolments".
- Click “Select csv file to upload” button and select the spreadsheet which you updated and saved the enrolments.
- Then, click on "Start upload...".
- On the next page scroll to the bottom.
- To finish the update, click on "Confirm column mapping" to complete the process.
