Unable to enrol existing learner onto a course/s.

Please check that the learner is not already enrolled onto the course. 

If they are then you may Reset their course manually.


If they are not already enrolled, they may be not be added as a learner or they may be suspended. 

Please check the Learners section.


Please download our Reset guide below or follow this quick process:


To perform a course reset start at the Manage Enrolments section

Select the Modify Enrolments button 

Choose one course then Next Step 

Select Reset button on the left, then filter for learner name(s)

Follow the prompts to complete the process.
