Learner has an account with a previous employer that uses Careskills, can I transfer their records to my account?

Unfortunately, due to GDPR and confidentiality rules we cannot move training from one company to another on the system. The learner would provide their previously completed course certificates and then you would enrol them when their training requires refreshing.
