After your Upgrade this is how to purchase credits
- First, click on "Credits" button top right.
- Click "View Credit Usage Ledger" to see a detailed history and breakdown of all your credit purchases.
- Click "Buy credits" to top up your credit balance.
- Select the number of credits required from the dropdown menu to view the available credit purchase options.
- Click on "Add to basket".
- Once in the basket, you can see your total credits after the purchase, ensuring you have enough for all your training needs.
- You'll also see the total price, including a breakdown of the subtotal and VAT.
- If you want to make any changes to the amount of credits you're about to purchase, click "Edit".
- If you're satisfied, click "Check Out Now" to proceed with the payment.
- Enter your payment details and click "Pay" to complete your purchase.
- Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a receipt at the provided email, and your balance will be topped up immediately, allowing you to continue your training.
- This invoice will be sent to the email address provided on the payment page. No emails are sent to the account owner's address notifying them of the increased credit count.
- The company address on the invoice is the one currently on file for the company, regardless of the address the client enters in the payment form.
