After your Upgrade this is how to reset a users password
- Click Users in the left-side menu to open the Users page.
- Use the search bar to find the user you want to set active/ inactive.
- Click the three-dot button {…} on the right side of that user’s row.
- Select View/Edit User Details.
- Click the Reset password button above the learner’s name.
- Click Send Email button to confirm the request if the user logs in using an email address. The user will receive an email to change their password.
- If a user without an email address has forgotten their password, enter a new temporary password for them in the fields when Reset password is selected. They can then use this to login and set a new one. Let the user know their new temporary password.
