Learner has completed course but status not updated

Our system updates around every 30 minutes and so it can sometimes take a little time for the results pages to update. 

We recommend that if the update has not happened within 1-2 hours of the completion, then please raise a ticket explaining the scenario with details of your learner's name and course data and we will investigate. 

If the learner has a screenshot this will be useful as evidence of learning.
